Board Classes

INTRODUCTION TO BODY BOARD

This class is similar to our signature Body Board Class but geared more for people just starting out and getting comfortable. You'll always get a great workout!

Our signature HIIT training class focuses on working with multiple angles and levels of resistance to gain strength, mobility, balance, and improve cardio capabilities. This music oriented class applies elements of pilates, yoga, strength training, power moves and cardio, utilizing floor to ceiling resistance anchors.

Classes are 30 minutes followed by a 5-6 minute cool down.

BODY BOARD

BARRE

A 30-minute barre class in our classic, HIIT Body Board style!

This energetic, fun and challenging class combines barre and our BodyBoard system. Barre like you've never tried before!

All levels welcome. 5-6 minute cool down.

Body Board Sculpt and Balance Description

SCULPT AND BALANCE

A 30-minute interval flow, movement based class. Focus on form, balance, strength and muscle lengthening.
Gentle on your joints and fun! All levels welcome.

**Highly suggested for anyone who is visiting our studio for the first time.**

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow paced, relaxing style of yoga with postures held for 3-5 minutes. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility . Energetically.

Yin Yoga enhances the body’s energetic flow and supports emotional equilibrium calming the mind helping to reduce stress and anxiety.
